British born, Alison David Bird, C.Ht, qualified as a
Hypnotherapist after two years with HMI (the Hypnosis Motivational
Institute) California, the centre for Kappasonian Hypnotherapy.The Kappasonian method is based on the scale of suggestibility. Up until the 1960s, it was believed that only 50% of the population was hypnotizable. The Emotional/Physical suggestibility scale devised by John Kappas meant that everyone could be hypnotized, according to their personality type.
As a healer and practitioner of Usui Reiki, Alison realized that her clients' recovery reached a plateau when emotional and psychological problems trapped them in distorted belief systems.
She now combines Hypnotherapy with Circle Therapy and Dream Therapy to diminish and vent harmful memories, experiences and influences that may effect our day to day functioning as happy, healthy and balanced individuals.
Specializing in Internal Family Systems and Unification Therapies, she can get to the root of deep seated emotional traumas that impact our behavior patterns in adult life.
Also a qualified Past Life Regression Therapist, she can discharge painful associations carried over from previous lifetime experiences.
Alison practices holistically as an Intuitive Healer, balancing Chakras and performing Ketheric Healings during Reiki sessions to promote receptivity to treatment and to restore harmony throughout the mind and body and spirit.
Her unique approach of layered treatment, has been termed; "The Spark of Creation Therapy", and is described as a synthesis of powerful healing modalities dating back to the Mystery Schools of Egypt, combined with science and spirituality, inspired by The Ancient Wisdom.
